Production capacity

The company has a pilot test and production base in fangshan district, Beijing, which covers a total area of 50 mu, and produces several new oil field adjustment and flooding products independently developed with SMG as the core.

　　Three production workshops have been built. Currently, four sets of 3/6/8/10 ton reaction cauldrons are fixed for SMG production, with an annual capacity of 6000 tons. At the same time, there is another space in the factory for production line construction according to customer demand.

　　DCS control system has been introduced into the production line to control all raw materials and reaction temperature online, realizing highly automated operation and semi-informationalized management, which is stepping forward to the intelligent production advocated by the national government.

R&D ability

Top enterprise r&d department with the current domestic and foreign research and development facilities, such as: infrared spectroscopy, liquid chromatography, viscometer, laser particle size instrument, particle size analyzer, optical microscope and other equipment, from raw material to finished product to close inspection and monitoring, another unit of "industry-university-institute" cooperation and more testing equipment, in such aspects as scientific research, teaching and personnel training to achieve production, cooperation, and oilfield research institute in product performance optimization and application of performance assessment, etc, also have in-depth cooperation.

　　At the same time, we have carried out in-depth cooperation with oilfield users in the field application and formulation adjustment of products, and jointly published 7 papers in SPE, a top international publication.
